This newly renovated, modern cottage with water views, is located in beautiful, South Kingstown, Rhode Island. A perfect getaway for the family to disconnect, get cozy, relax and recharge! Located down the street from East Matunuck Ocean State Beach, this cottage offers a 2 bedroom, 1 bath and sleeps up to 6 people! Our cottage is in walking distance to many popular restaurants and beaches including Matunuck Oyster Bar, Cap'n Jack's Seafood restaurant, Salt Marsh Pub and Raw Bar, and Jim's Dock. We offer a large backyard with pond access for paddleboarding and other water activities. Additionally, we offer a large BBQ grill, firepit, outdoor shower, and a variety of lawn games/sports to entertain the kids! Our cottage is still under renovations and will be available to rent Fall 2023!
